There were three little pigs. There were three blind mice.
There were three Stooges and three Musketeers.
Three Chipmunks, three BeeGees and three Back to the Future movies.
Three is good; three is a beginning middle and end.
Hollywood take note...Three (3).
Apart from Toy Story, you can make as many Toy Story's as you like
Happy May 1st. Another month gone, another Monday comes.
A couple of weeks ago I was listening to Heart FM, when upon the airwaves came the classic 80's track "Land Down Under" by Men at Work.
Well actually, if I am to be historically accurate, t'was my sister who was listening to Heart FM and I was in the vicinity; just to clear things up and halt any assumptions about my radio station preferences. Anyway, before I stray too far off point, let me realign my position and continue.
Hearing this song led me to think of other "location-centred songs", prompting a post* on my Facebook page, which in turn lead to the creation of a Spotify playlist: 'Location, Location, Location: Music of Place'.
I wish I could whistle, I would whistle merry tunes.
I wish I could whistle, I could whistle just like you.
For if I could whistle, just a whistle or two.
I would whistle every evening and morning 'til noon.
I wish I could whistle, like Axl and Lennon.
Whistle like Crosby and whistle like Redding.
Orbison, Scorpions, Billy and Paul.
Bobby and Bowie, I'd whistle them all.
I'd stroll and I'd glide as I sing the Bojangles,
I'd wear a strange hat as I walked like The Bangles.
Like Spongebob, like Snoopy, like Mickey, like Monty,
I wish I could whistle, a whistle is jaunty.
I wish I could whistle, a whistle or two.
A merry old whistle, a whimsical tune.
But alas, I can't whistle, it's sad, but it's true.
I wish that I could whistle. I wish, wish I do.
Today is the 26th of March 2017!
Today 'Anonymous Wonderland' is 2 years old.
Anonymous Wonderland was released on this day back in 2015, meaning today it celebrated its 2nd anniversary.
Far from its silver jubilee I know, but it feels like a lifetime ago to me.
So as it has been two years I thought I'd take a trip down memory lane and show you looking the process that brought the E.P to life.
Stick around, it could be fascinating!
